Taking down the mediocre treatment.

This week’s episode is like the most unconventional trip to the chiropractor ever. Dr. Mike Wasilisin of CaliSpine and the instagram sensation @MoveU_official is one of “The Back Pain Guys”. He and his business partner are leading the cause and battling bullshit in their own rite in an attempt to get folks out of pain and moving sexier.

Hear how Mike is transforming the treatment approach to pain and injury prevention by equipping his clients with knowledge and simplicity. Dr. Mike also dispels many of the myths about treating pain with drugs, rehab, and limiting your training. Where does the real cure lie? To find out, you’ll have to to tune in.

And Luke offers his approach to creating an internal brace through the consumption of a four pound burrito. Apparently, purposeful overeating of Mexican food can dramatically decrease anterior pelvic tilt. At least that’s the argument for this short term back pain solution. Ay yay yay.

I found something better than taping an aspirin to your pain spot. Listen to a podcast about back pain while going for a long walk to loosen up back pain. Sore as shit from backsquat 1RM but did record a modern PR at 340. Fix my squat in 2017. Happy New Year!
