Valued Leadership
This episode comes at you like a swift kick in the pants. Brett Bartholomew brings some pretty amazing insight to the show today, citing sociological studies and history as the foundation for his coaching approach.
You can hear the passion in Brett’s voice as he talks about his recent projects, including a networking organization for coaches called The Bridge. One of Brett’s strong convictions challenges the antiquated mindset that coaches should sacrifice everything for a spot with a team. Not true, says Brett. When we do that, we devalue the expertise we have amassed. There are seriously so many amazing pieces of research to noodle over on this episode. I know you’ll enjoy it.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
