The whole future lies in uncertainty… Live Immediately

Brian Peters’ career in various professional football leagues is fascinating. It has afforded him exposure to many different training methodologies and recovery practices. This sparked a passion within Brian that led him to focus on the connection between physiology and mental focus. He attributes his longevity and edge in the sport to precisely that.

I recently heard the conversation on your podcast about DMSO and it’s anti inflammation help. Just curious if you still recommend that? What brand or consistency? Etc.
