HEALTHY, HAPPY, & HARDER TO KILL.
This week we are stoked to welcome Steph Gaudreau to the show. She is the creative culinary mind behind Stupid Easy Paleo, a blog turned brand dedicated to making paleo cooking accessible for the every man.
Our conversation with her is like delicious a prime rib, meaty, satiating and extremely nutrient dense. Find out what it takes to gradually transition others into a more healthy diet without having to commit to eating the “Gucci level of Paleo”.
Also, Steph reminds us how to set ourselves and our athletes up for success when it comes to meal preparation particularly when we’re talking about our law enforcement and fire fighter folks. The words “stupid” and “easy” ring true when the she suggests the slow cooker solution.
Find out about all the exciting things that are going on at Stupid Easy Paleo. Between book touring, coaching, and her new podcast, Harder to Kill Radio, Steph is a busy woman who is feeding folks with knowledge at every turn.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
There are so many ways to get to know Steph. Visit her website Stupid Easy Paleo.com and find her on virtually every social media platform under the name, you guessed it, Stupid Easy Paleo. Don’t forget to tune into her podcast, Harder to Kill Radio.
