Author / John

The making of A Well oiled machine.

This week we host Chris Kelly of Nourish Balance Thrive.  When Chris isn’t busy training as a professional mountain biker, you can find him assisting clients and athletes worldwide through diet modification and personalized bio feedback tests.  At Nourish Balance Thrive, Chris seeks to identify what’s making you feel ill, tired, or imbalanced through a variety of diagnostics.

In this episode you’ll hear how Chris came to become so passionate about the impact of nutrition optimization. He struggled for years to adjust to a western diet and and sedentary job before giving it up to embrace his love of sport and science.

What does a healthy morning sex drive and testosterone have in common?  As Chris explains…just about everything.  Also, hear about some of the results his clients have experienced all by way of fine tuning their diet after testing with Nourish Balance Thrive.

Morning, Noon, or Night, Power Athlete Radio is your source of high arousal.

  1. […] Chris Kelly from ‘Nourish, Balance, Thrive’ was the guest on PA Radio this week – great podcast about the implications of diet on the way you feel and how you can identify when things “aren’t right” just by making some pretty simple observations about yourself.  As with this podcast every week, it is the personal stories shared by the participants that make it so worthwhile!  Enjoy:  https://powerathletehq.com/2015/11/20/pa-radio-episode-131-chris-kelly/ […]

If you watch Agents of Shield (and who doesn’t?), Chris sounds just like Hunter.
