Baby got back.

It’s basically summer time and unless you’ve been wodding shirtless all year long like a boss, you’ve been “focusing mostly on strength”. Lies. You’ve been eating like your plane was going down and you know it. If you’re aesthetics driven, be an adult and start leaning out. If you’re an athlete, it’s time to start amping up the off season training with a good nutritional base. Either way, if you’re not emphasizing good eating habits, your performance will suffer…on the field and off. Leah Kay [@LeahKay_AllDay] joins Tyler Minton and the crew to take some questions from the Power Athlete masses about nutrition.

Questions are answered at random by our nutrition gurus. Keto vs Isocaloric, how to eat on $5 a day, and what to do about choosing the best supplements. How many tacos can you eat in one sitting? Luke [@lukecalifornia] claims he can throw back 30 while Tyler [@theMeleeWay] is betting a one taco lead at 31. Whether is competing in the gym or at the dinner table, no Power Athlete likes to lose.

Keto is dumb for athletes. Macros trump food quality.

      Why is keto dumb?

And macros trump food quality for what?

      Healthy?
      Performance?
      Aesthetics?

I appreciate the minimalistic 15 year style trolling, but if I want to have some dialogue speak up.

And your comments reminds me of this.

I’m trying to download the ep, but keep getting a “file doesn’t exist” error. Is that just me?

After listening to this podcast, I’m curious why you guys haven’t updated the supplements section of CFFB Beginners Guide?
