| Ep 549 – Turn on the Red Light of Wellness with Kristin Weitzel

Author / John

1 Hour 56 Min Listen

You start to wonder, while sitting at a red light

Kristin Weitzel is a recovery nerd. Her knowledge of recovery practices from red light treatments to ice bath benefits is far from surface level. She talks deep science with John and Tex about how a variety of these kinds of practices greatly impact the nervous system. But she’s quick correct when people say these things are en vogue. Variations of light, temperature, and breath work, for example, have been around for eons. Don’t call it a comeback.
