“If I’m such a cock holster, why do you follow me?”

Paul Carter of @liftrunbang is passionate about climate change and identifying underdeveloped gluts. When he’s not advocating for the struggling straw industry, he’s avoiding protein farts at Mr Olympia shows. Hear about his athletic evolution from sport to platform, eventually nestling in to his home on Jacked St.

He may be the creator of Lift, Run, Bang, but Paul Carter’s interests stray far from the stereotype…he also loves to pound food. All kidding aside, this was one of our favorite guests in 334 episodes. Paul somehow seamlessly transitions from topics like climate change, nutrition, social media, to the science of strength training. Maybe most impressively, he’s able to flip the script and interview John about some of his specific experiences in the NFL all while managing to talk shit. He’s also the reason my browser history now includes the term “cock holster”. Listen NOW!

Empower Your Performance

You heard it folks, he’s on Facebook daily defending his training principles and putting his foot in peoples’ ass depending on his mood that day. Google Paul Carter and let the trolling begin!
