In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener:

John and Tex, how’s it going? Hey love the show I’ve been doing Jacked Street now for around six-seven months. I want to talk a little bit about the shadow cycle debating on whether I was going to make this call or not, but I saw it might be an ally you for you guys for some good conversation. So couple weeks ago on those that shadow set of rack pulls. I really pushed out my reps. Next day start feel a little tenderness in the the old back door, and then that led to a couple of days off. Then my post coffee bowel movements, looking down the toilet, and I got some blood. I have a external hemorrhoid and Yeah, I wanted to ask you what is your guys’s process for coming back from that, you know, if you go read the internet and basically a lot of stuff pretty much says stopped weightlifting all together, which I know is definitely not in the cards. I’m currently I’m taking a pretty easy from resistance training. So wanted to see what you guys thought. I got any good advice stories on how to get back to full strength after let me heal. So, yeah, that’s my great Shadow story can’t love the show.

John and Tex introduce proper use of weight belts plus tightening up the trunk and pelvic floor through accessory movements and proper cueing to avoid getting hem-d up!
