In our latest blog, Andrea, Power Athlete Block One Coach and owner of Full House Fitness, shares personal struggle with mental health related issues. Her story highlights the importance of community and being able to share and with others and listen to their struggles as a way to bond and destigmatize this critical issue. Andrea found solace in the gym, and has worked to cultivate a environment of empathy where each member matters, from head to toe.
